Letter of interest for QA on-site visit [PDF / 38 KB] is to be sent to Marc Snoeck, QA EC-Member of the EMHG. This letter is written by the director of the MH investigation unit.

Step 2

Organisation of the on-site visit.

1. Download the questionnaire on the EMHG homepage
2. Questionnaire must be completed and returned to Marc Snoeck
3. Date arrangement and nomination of 2 EMHG QA project visitors
4. Bill to MH unit (1500 Euros) to be payed to EMHG treasurer (Klaus Glahn)
5. OK for QA on-site visit given by Marc Snoeck

Step 3

QA on-site visit, report and recommendations.
(performed by 2 nominated EMHG QA project visitors) 

1. On-site visit
2. Report and recommendations to be discussed with the visited unit
3. Final report will be sent to Marc Snoeck within 4 weeks time.

Step 4

Final report to be discussed and formally accepted by the EMHG EC

Step 5

Final report will be sent to the visited MH investigation unit.
