Membership Fee 2010

If you did not attend the 2009 annual EMHG meeting in Melbourne Australia, now is the time to pay your annual membership fee of € 50,-.

(If you did attend the Melbourne meeting the annual fee was enclosed in the registration fee and you are already a paid up member).

For details about the EMHG account please have a look at the invoice. If you need an invoice please use the attached file and just print it and fill in your name and address at the top left corner.

Please make sure your name and current email address is clearly stated on your bank transfer – otherwise it is very difficult for me to see who made the payment.

Since bank transfers are expensive you are very welcome to make a joined payment of several members when you pay.

The bank transfer should be easy to make from your home banking system or from your bank. If you have any problems making the bank transfer please do not hesitate to let me know – preferably by Email klgl-at-heh.regionh.dk.
