The annual meeting of the EMHG in 2026 will be held in Basel, Switzerland. We are happy and proud the welcome the EMHG to our city.

Venue
The meeting venue is a the Odely conference center. The conference center is located in walking distance to the city center (and to the university hospital Basel). Please see the maps section.
Accomodation
You have to book your own accommodation. Odelya conference center does provide accommodation. We have reserved some rooms, please use the booking code EMHG 2026 (“I have a promo code”) then the price should change and you see the banner ‘The rates listed here are subject to the conditions of the promotion: Unispital Basel’. The easiest is to follow this link.

Public transport in Basel - BaselCard
The BaselCard is available as an attractive bonus with every booking at a Basel hotel, hostel, bed and breakfast or apartment. On arrival, you can travel free of charge from the railway station or EuroAirport to the hotel. The hotel reservation confirmation serves as a valid ticket for this first journey. You will receive your personal guest card when you check in, and you can also load it to your smartphone as a web app.
