Step 1

Please download the Letter of interest for QA on-site visit and send it to the quality assurance officer of the EMHG. The letter must be written by the director of the MH investigation unit.

Step 2

Organisation of the on-site visit.

1. Download the questionnaire on the EMHG homepage

2. Questionnaire must be completed and returned to the quality assurance officer of the EMHG

3. Date arrangement and nomination of 2 EMHG QA project visitors

4. Bill to MH unit (1500 Euros) to be payed to EMHG treasurer

5. OK for QA on-site visit given by quality assurance officer

Step 3

QA on-site visit, report and recommendations.
(performed by 2 nominated EMHG QA project visitors) 

1. On-site visit

2. Report and recommendations to be discussed with the visited unit

3. Final report will be sent to quality assurance officer within 4 weeks time.

Step 4

Final report to be discussed and formally accepted by the EMHG executive committee

Step 5

Final report will be sent to the visited MH investigation unit.
